Soundtrack will interview and hire staff members and/or volunteers to assign responsibilities for all team members of event committees such as: Hospitality, Security, Promotion, Stage Crew and Production.
Our company will create a multi-tier sponsorship package for your event to shop to brands that perfectly fit the event concept. We will also manage the activation, benefits and results of each involved sponsor.
At this point, our company begins the organization process of the event such as: developing a marketing plan, determining ticketing procedures, creating contracts and other important documents, obtaining event insurance, providing backline, developing security plans, reviewing and editing riders, hiring production crews, interior designers and security, organizing sound checks and event timeline, arranging transportation and lodging, setting up load-in/load out times, managing catering and much more.
Soundtrack Entertainment, LLC has an in-house graphics team with the ability to design professional magazine ads, flyers, posters, brochures, tickets, e-blasts and logos for all of your event marketing needs.
